PUBLIC BILL OF RIGHTS — When interacting with MATCOM, you have the right to:
  1. File a complaint without intimidation or retaliation.
  2. Submit a commendation.
  3. Receive a complaint case number.
  4. Submit additional evidence using your case number.
  5. Receive confirmation that your submission was received.
  6. Check the status of your complaint where permitted.
  7. Request reasonable disability or language assistance.
  8. Submit a complaint anonymously where permitted.
  9. Have allegations reviewed objectively and impartially.
  10. Receive notification when the investigation reaches a final disposition, subject to applicable confidentiality requirements.
  11. Request eligible public records.
  12. Have personal and sensitive information protected in accordance with applicable law and policy.
  13. Report an immediate emergency through 911 rather than relying upon the complaint portal.
